Kaamah Collections manages unique vacation properties on Madeira Island, connecting owners with guests and taking care of everything in between, from matching the right tenant to keeping properties at a consistently high standard. Founded in 2024 by a team with a hospitality background, the brand set out to give visitors more than just a place to stay.
Codepoint built the web app behind that experience, letting guests browse properties and discover the tourist experiences around them in one place.
Key capabilities
- A booking platform integrated with Avantio, Kaamah's property management system, so listings and availability stay accurate and up to date without duplicating data
- Property pages paired with nearby cultural, food, and adventure experiences, helping guests plan a stay rather than just book a room
- A UI style guide built around elegant simplicity, designed closely with the Kaamah team to reflect the brand's focus on sustainability and community

Connecting two platforms brought real technical complexity, from team training on Avantio to ongoing maintenance of the integration, but it meant Kaamah avoided building a reservation system from scratch. The result is a web app where accommodation and local experience come together, matching Madeira's own reputation as a destination worth doing properly.
