ODR

The European Commission has set up the ODR platform for alternative dispute resolution between consumers and traders on online sales or service contracts. "Online sales or service contract": sales or service contract where the trader, or his intermediary, offers, on a website or by other electronic means (Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013).
