Reformas na Suíça is a company that provides support in organizing the retirement of people who have emigrated to Switzerland. The company helps people locate and make the most of all their money, handles the entire process of returning to their home country and plans their early retirement and retirement.
Challenges and objectives
Our client asked us to modernize the website and add new features to both the website and the integrated webapp. In the first phase of the project, we redesigned the website to make it more intuitive and visually appealing. We then implemented these improvements on the website and webapp, adding new features to improve usability and user interaction. This project allowed the client to enhance existing services and offer new ones, also integrating new profiles and markets. With the completion of this new version, the client was able to strengthen its position in the market.
To improve the user experience (UX) and interface design (UI), our project focused on several key areas, identifying difficulties in navigation and use of features. Based on this analysis, we defined a strategy to optimize both aspects: UX and UI.
In terms of UX, we simplified the user journey, ensuring that each step was intuitive and without unnecessary obstacles. We redesigned navigation flows to be more straightforward, with special emphasis on the service purchase process, which we identified as being the most difficult to complete.
In terms of UI, we modernized the visual appearance to reflect a contemporary aesthetic aligned with the brand identity. We used a renewed color palette and graphic elements that not only improved the overall aesthetic, but also increased readability and accessibility.

We have integrated an additional feature to make life even easier for users, ready-to-use digital document templates. Users can now explore a variety of templates, available in multiple languages, such as:

We have simplified the document creation process by allowing users to fill in their information and receive the documents directly in their email, free of charge. This addition not only saves time, but also provides convenience and practicality to users, reinforcing the usefulness and efficiency of the platform.
