Flourister

Flourister is a startup building a smart learning platform for sustainable behavior change in the workplace. Instead of pulling employees away from their jobs for training, the platform blends eLearning, live sessions, and self-directed modules into learning journeys people can follow while they work.

The founder came to Codepoint with an existing mobile app and a clear goal: scale it into a more flexible, feature ready product without losing what already worked for users.

What the project involved:
- Rebuilding the mobile app on React Native, moving off a more limited framework to support faster feature development
- A companion web app for desktop use, sharing the same API and keeping data in sync across devices
- A back office giving Flourister full oversight of the platform, and giving each registered company its own view to manage employees, assign learning journeys, and track engagement
- Ongoing development and support as the product continues to grow

The result is a corporate training solution built for continuous learning, where progress is measured through real behavior, self-assessment, and feedback, not just course completion. Codepoint has stayed on as Flourister's long-term development partner, shipping new features as the platform's needs evolve.
