Bairrio

Bairrio is a rental management platform built around the tenant, giving people renting a home everything they need to manage day to day life in one app, from paying rent to reporting a maintenance issue.

Codepoint designed the mobile app and backoffice behind this experience, building out every screen a tenant relied on regularly, along with the tools the property team used to manage it all.

What the app covers:
- A home dashboard with unit info, notifications, and quick access to what mattered most
- A blog and neighbourhood guides, filtered by area, helping tenants get to know where they lived
- Maintenance requests, from submitting an issue with photos to tracking its status and giving feedback once it was resolved
- Payments, covering what was due, payment history, and invoices
- Documents and an FAQ section, plus multi language support for a diverse tenant base

What the backoffice covers:
- Managing units, tenants, and content shown in the app, including blog posts and neighbourhood guides
- Handling maintenance requests raised by tenants, from triage through to resolution
- Overseeing payments and invoices across all managed properties

The result was a single space where tenants could handle everything related to their rental, cutting down on phone calls and paperwork for both sides.
