TENco

TENco is a membership based lifestyle management service, connecting members with a wide range of personal and concierge services, from travel and events to household support and wellness.

Codepoint designed two connected products for TENco: a mobile app for members, and an internal CRM for the team managing every request behind the scenes.

What the member app covered:
- A home feed with curated editorial content on hotels, activities, and news
- A personal planner and itinerary section, so members could see and download everything already arranged for them
- A request flow covering a wide range of service categories, from transportation and household support to health, education, events, and shopping
- Profile tools for managing associates, documents, invoices, and favourites, plus membership renewal

What the internal CRM covered:
- Client and provider management, with providers organized by service category
- Full activity and request tracking, from creation through to invoicing
- Finance tools covering invoicing, payments, commissions, and refunds
- Team management and permissions, alongside a global search and activity log across the platform

Together, the two products give TENco members an effortless way to request and track personal services, while giving the internal team the structure to deliver on all of it without things falling through the cracks.
