Codepoint. Manifesto

We love what we do and we do what we love

We, above all else, are a team of people who love what we do and why we do it. This is our work, but also a reflection of our identity. Our products, services and customers are a source of pride for the team.

Doing better products motivates us

Doing well is not enough, we want to do better. Excellence in the products and services provided is what will allow us to grow as a company and individually in each project we participate in.

Communication is essential

Communicating between us is essential to maintain team spirit. Communicating with the customer is essential for managing everyone's expectations.

We can only improve what we measure

To continually improve we need to measure results and objectives, so our process depends on daily or task-by-task recording of time spent and updating task statuses, this commitment must be shared by everyone. This is the only way we can monitor OKRs. The process aims for continuous improvement.

Our ability to learn is never-ending

Our experience tells us that the only way to be in this market adding value and without stagnating is to accept that we are all learning. We learn from our colleagues. We evolve with our customers.

Everyone has something to teach and we aspire to continue learning
